Bookings not collected/attended within 30 minutes of the start time will be cancelled automatically.

Before placing your booking, please read and agree with our booking policy (updated 24/11/25).

If your booking is for spaces at Metronome, or for kit from the Metronome tech store, you also agree to the Metronome Bookings Code of Conduct.


All external guests must be 18+, must be listed on the booking, and their role specified.


You must have your Student ID Card with you to collect any booked equipment, we cannot accept any other form of ID.


YOUR BOOKING IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY ONLY. Equipment must not be given to anyone else or left unattended and you must be present at collection and return.


Let us know ASAP if you may be late to collect or return equipment.
Any breach of the booking policy will result in further action.


You should also remember that the NTU Student Code of Behaviour and relevant Confetti policies also apply.

As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
